Because the test voltage is 13.2V, it's normal the wattage is higher than the standard. Don't worry for this phenomenon.
High wattage will increase the brightness but the bulb life hour will be shorter, based on same voltage.
2.Lumenous flux
High lumen means more light output and also brighter lighting.
Normally, high wattage will bring high lumens.
3.Kelvin
When the clear bulb is coated into blue, the halogen circulation will be affected and thus the color temperature will be increased when the bulb is lighting. The average color temperature of the clear bulb will be arround 3200k. But the coated bulb will be over 4000k generally.
If the kelvin is over 4000k, the bulb light will look brighter but with lower lumens. We think it is ok to be with kelvin higher than 4000k, because the look is similar to HID lighting, many people like it. And you can certainly mention it as 6000k. If you require absolute over 6000k, the coating layer will be very thick thus the brightness will be problem.

4. Life span
It's mainly related to the quality of the filament. Good quality of filament will be with good life span. We have long experience and strong power for the filament selection. Don't worry.
Xenon gas charging can enable longer life hour.
Besides, the production process of sealing and exhausting has much to do with filament performance.
